1. Why are AlCl3 (aluminum III Chloride), CuO (Copper I Oxide), and CCl4 (Carbon IV Chloride) incorrect formula and naming relations?


2. Why is HGOH (Mercury II Hydroxide) an incorrect formula and TiO2 (Titanium IV Oxide), CuBr (Copper I Bromide), and Fe2(CO3)3 (Iron III Carbonate) correct formulas?
