I have a 500watt sub, 2 100watt 6" speakers, and I'm getting 2 6x9 speakers from a mate (not sure how many watt so I will just say 250.
If I am to get an amp I need to get something with a higher watt rating than those numbers so does that mean I will need 1200+watt amp?
Or does a 4 channel 500watt amp able to run it all? is the power diverted through the channels or something?
I don't know much about this so I will give best answer to who can answer my questions and also link me to some good sites that will explain it all from the basics and onward.
