Need some help with an Iphone.?

My friend gave me her Iphone to put music on. I opened Itunes and plugged it in. When I click the box "Manually Manage Music" It says "The Iphone is synced with another iTunes library. Do you want to erase this iPhone and sync with this iTunes library?" Can anyone please help?
