This php rating script dose not need a database . Just a simple star rating system
I am in the process of setting up a simple page on my site which i would like to use a free php rating system . I currently use dreamweaver and gimp . When i download the php script it's in a zip file , and i cannot open the script . When i try to open it sing winzip it says there not an arcive . I am very new to php . Do i have to create an arcive ? i havnt got a clue . PLease can i have some help on this
