I'm a college student, and I set up a checking account with Bank of America, my parents transfer money to my account so I can buy food and etc. So one day my mom has put in around 20 dollars, when i called her up and asked her to put money in my account. Bank of America decides that I made a withdrawl before a deposit, and charges me one of their famous overdraft fee's of $35 dollars. Me not knowing my account was now in a negative draft, I kept spending small things that were like $ 1-2 dollars a few times, cause i thought I had money (which i would of if they didn't charge me this overdraft fee), so than they take all these small payments and than charged them with a overdraft fee. So now they say i owe them around $150 dollars...when technically my account balance should of been in the positive in the first place. I don't know what to do, and I really can't afford all these fee's. If anyone has any experience of getting out of this please explain thanks!
By the way i know i should call them or go in, but first i want to know what others think i should do, when i do go in and see them
