I really wanna make something different for my girl, I go to culinary school, but i just started and so im looking for a really good recipe to cook the loin top steaks i bought. Thinking something with a really good pan jus sauce. Maybe something sweet I was thinking a pomegranate or raspberry pan jus type sauce will that taste good? has anyone done it beofre or know some good recipes? Thanks.
