Graduate School? I am currently a sophomore going for a Bachelors degree in Accounting.
I want to be a CPA and serve individuals and small businesses in the future.
I am highly interested in Taxation. I currently worth with a non-profit organization filing tax returns
for low-income indviduals.
I currently reside in a state where I am able to take the CPA exam but need 1 more year of accounting grad school to get a CPA license.
I have done much research and I have noticed that salary does not have much significance in regards
to Grad school vs just a bachelors degree when you are a CPA.
I am planning on passing the CPA exam as soon as i graduate with a bachelors, move to a non-150 hour state such California, Colorado, etc and just meet the public accounting experience.
I feel like I want to just get the License and start getting real world experience.
Someday I want to open my own business but I plan to start ASAP. On my spare time,
I keep up with IRS laws and read business books.
What do you think?
