need questions for an interview with a waiter/waitress for cooking class?

in the project we have to shadow a waiter or waitress and then interview them about thier job. the questions they give us is what are three advantages of being a server. what type of training is needed and how does personality,attitude and communication help u solve with the difficult situations that arive with customers and co workers. And i need 3 more questions so can you give me ideas plz
 
How about.. how has your job affected your social life? How do you handle your section when your restaurant gets super busy? I think it would be cool also if you give them a scenario question. Maybe something like "One of your tables say that their food is just absolutely terrible, but has already eaten more than half. What do you say or do to handle it?"

Ive been in that situation several times at work and it's so annoying haha.
