Need pro/con on 3 phones: Need help to decide

I'm switching to Cingular in the next coming week. I need some pro/con on the only 3 phones I'm considering:

What do you guys think of each:
1) Nokia N95
2) RIM Blackberry 8800
3) Palm Treo 750

Its hard to decide because the 8800 and 750 have UTMS, the N95 and 8800 have GPS, and the N95 has a nice camera. I like the Windows Mobile on the 750. The N95 is a little bulky, but it conpensates with good features. The 8800 is slim.

These are the only 3 I'm considering, but if you can suggest a phone that supercedes all three, I'd be happy to know what it is.

I'm also trying to decide whether to get Cingular 3G or Sprint 3G as in data cards. Any thoughts on which is better?

Its a bit of a messy post, so I'd like clarify a little:
1) What do you think of the 3 phones I listed and which is best of 3 [and why].
2) Should I get Cingular or Sprint 3G (as in data cards)?

Thanks a bunch.

How do you use your cell phone? Surf? Email? Business? Personal? Need the camera?

Treo 750. Windows Mobile 5. Need I say more? Reboots daily. Poor battery life in 3G.

BB 8800. Bullet proof. It works.

Nokia N95. Have no clue.

i use my phone for everything. emails, surf, camera, video, etc. i guess i'll just kick the 750 out of the choices then. it was already on the line for me.

I use my phone for the following:
Taking lots of candid shots
Videoing stuff that are unprofessional (as in teachers cursing, etc.)
Check emails
Surf online a lot (around 200MB bandwidth daily)
Its a personal phone
I don't IM and I don't text

I'll look into the 8800 and thanks for your feedback.

The 8300 > 8800 and will have a super camera for a 1.3+. If you do a lot of emails and such, text messaging, or instant messaging (aol-im, msn, YahooIM), I would go with either the treo 750 or Blackberry 8300. The n95 is great is you want a good camera, and other cool as features (for music and media). Honestly, 3G works as well as the EDGE on a blackberry. If you plan on tethering, than you will notice the difference. Also if you want to wait, the n75 will be out soon and will have UMTS 3G. Also I noticed in your statement above that the blackberry 8800 had 3G, it is EDGE.

I used to tether, but I'm also looking into getting Sprint EVDO or Cingular 3G data cards.

I just looked at the N95 again. A lot people are telling me it will be more than 1000USD which I hope isn't true. Honestly, if it costs the same as the N93, I won't fret, but if the N95 gets too expensive, I'll get the 8300 (which is kind of big, but worth it I guess).

I am kind of looking foward to using the GPS on the N95.
