need phone under $300 with shipping

I currently have a Samsung e715; it used to be a GREAT phone, but now it's pale in comparison to the new stuff.
I basically want a phone with:

+at least a 1.3mp camera,
+memory slot that supports up to gig or more of memory,
+256k color screen(18bit),
+blue tooth,
+mp3 playback,
+looks good,
+and is at most $300 w/ shipping.

HELP ME OUT HowardFORUM!!
