Need phone recommendations- Telus

I don't want a smartphone.
I want something inexpensive, good battery life, a full Qwerty keyboard and it has to be available on Telus.
Most importantly i want something that is easy to load MP3's to.

Anything fit my criteria?

Yes, i checked out the telus store on the web but i'm unsure which phones are easy to load mp3's to.
Just because a phone says it plays them doesn't mean it's a simple process to get them into the phone.
So i thought i'd ask here.

Wow, somebody needs to take some anger management classes. lol
I don't love Telus but i've come to realize that all phone providers in Canada are the same. I've got friends with Telus, some with Rogers, some with Bell, Virgin etc. and the complaints are all the same. None of them give outstanding value.... the plans and prices are virtually the same.

Having said that, i've been with Telus for over 10 years and can't say i've ever really had a problem with them. The only thing that irks me is that new subscribers tend to get better deals than long standing customers like me. But again, that is not just a Telus-specific issue.
