Hi, we are looking for a program with expertise in open source programs like gnutella and napster et al to help us with a project. Can someone recommend someone or where we can find programmers with this expertise? Thank you and please email

Is this an open-source program? as I am concocting a delightful design a la Winamp of a program composed of plug-ins (using COM but may later port to Linux/CORBA)... because I forsee the ephemeral nature of today's P2P protocols... they will soon die out, to be replaced by protocols which protect one's identity (and require broadband!)...

But this will be my first foray into VC++6 (and I'm entirely self-taught, have been since I was eight!) so I can't claim to be someone you're looking for...

But if this is an evolutionary open-source project, I'd like to keep tabs on it

I have been developing java applications for 6 years. In addition have contributed to a number of P2P efforts. I would be interested in working on another P2P project but would like more information.
