need parts for a1990 honda accord lx , does dx , and ex use the same body parts as lx?

yes you could, essentially you could use 1990-1993 DX-EX parts
dx/lx/ex are the trim levels, interior is slightly different for the dx compared to the lx/ex.
but outside body parts (ie door handles, fenders trunk hood) are all the same for 1990-1991 assuming there both 2 door or both 4 door. or same with 1992-1993 models.
1992-1993 parts will fit as well, but 1992 they upgraded the front end slightly and the rear, below are pictures to illustrate.
1990-1991 accord (cb) front end (notice the clear/amber turn signals on the bumper)

you shouldnt have a problem with the radiator as well either.
