Need new Verizon phones

I'm going to upgrade the 3 phones on my plan as soon as I can figure out what to get. My wife and I currently have V3c's and are very happy with them, but want something a little "diffirent." My daughter has a Nokia 6236i, and she has already decided on the LG Strawberry Chocolate.

For my wife and I, I'm looking for phones that I can upload my own ringtones to, and save pics to my computer (with or without simple hacks). Brand doesn't matter, but since I carry my phone in my front pocket, I'd like something slim. HELLLP ME PLEASE
 
I just did this a couple weeks ago.. my son got a KRZR because.. that's what he wanted and it was his birthday, my husband got the samsung one that came buy anything get this one free because he didn't have any issues with his previous (3yo the one that was free at the time did nothing but.. make calls) phone and he's pretty puffed he has a fresh battery and can take pictures now.. I had a harder time with mine.. I wanted decent battery life and mp3's and not to exceed my new every 2 credit.. I wound up deciding on the lg 8300.. not as sexy as some of the other phones but but.. sexy wasn't really my goal. it's a phone..

and I like it really well. I've taken pictures and I've got music workin' and I made myself a ringtone out of a song I had already and paid a quarter to email it to myself and I was pretty darned pleased with myself when I did that, but I haven't taken a picture that was worth saving so I don't yet know what I can do with that.. and.. I haven't actually used the phone... as a phone.. yet...

I should do that, I guess. heh.. this is why I wanted my phone to play music this go.. I really don't actually use it much, when it's just a phone..

(hahaha.. my mom bought me this phone.. that amuses me.. I *AM* the mom, what you talkin' 'bout? )
 
the 8300 is a work horse the new maxx is out slim and has 2 meg camera also the l7c takes good pics and is slim as my family opted for the free samsung a930 which are pretty nice and has external music controls and they get okay signal.
