need new phone under $250, Bluetooth, 850

Any recommendations? I'm thinking of replacing my s710a... even though I love it I'm really getting annoyed with its strange reception behaviors and low earpiece volume

And I don't want to go back to my Nokia 6230... its too soon

Any recommendations? Preferably something SE or Nokia (not Moto please!)

And I'd like a real phone with actual features (aka not a razr! )

I actually considered a T637 yesterday (I still can't believe I did this), but I think that would be too much of a downgrade for me from my s710a (or would it not be?)

If you want good reception and 850 then Moto is the only way to go....SE's usually only have 900Mhz...SONY ERICSSON dont make much quad band phone and not much that are under $250....I would recommend MOTO's all the way by your prefrences. Tell me if you change your mind bout Moto's. I will give you a list of choices.
 
you really don't sound like you have much choice but motos...
how about the 7610b? you might be able to squeeze that in for $250
 
SE is making quad bands now! The Z520 and the W600 are both quad band.

W600 would be the natural follow-up to the S710. It has 850 (the W550 does not), and is smaller and sturdier than the S710. The T637 is a downgrade feature wise from the S710. The Z520 is cheaper, has a different form factor, but no EDGE and no MP3 player.

The Nokia 6720 has 850 too.

I guess this all depends on if you are willing to go with a contract or not. The W600 is around $350 (US) without one, under $200 with one.
