Need name to body part on Ford Expedition?

I was in a crash recently and I need the name of this part. It's where the gas tank would be if it was on that side. Between the back door and the taillight. The gas tank isnt on this side its just plain. The door or the taillight arent damaged just that one chunk.

It would be the rear quarter panel (right or left as the case may be).

Not knowing the proper name of it, I would describe it as the "side rear between the tire and bumper" and put which side it is, "passenger, or driver side".

I believe you are talking about the rear quarter panel. However, it is not just some part that you can easily remove. You will need to cut that whole piece of metal out and weld a similar piece from a donor car. Its a lot of work and can be very expensive. Make sure that if you are going to do it that you have someone who is familiar with body work giving you advice.
