ok this is getting to be a pain.
the motherboard is in a computer with no OS installed (the OS that i want need me to flash the BIOS first)
i have everything i need except a bootable DOS disk

i changed the boot order to disk drive first
i have the new BIOS, and awd flash.exe
i put them into a folder with a basic DOS set up, turned that into an iso and mounted it to a disk.

i can't do the control panel>make MS-DOS start up disk, because that isn't in vista (the other computer i'm using to set this whole project up)

honestly this is my first BIOS flash, but i'm really good with computers so i'm not too scared...unless some freak storm cuts the power in the middle of flashing (but its a laptop so the battery hopefully will last long enough to finish if that happens, XD)
forgot to mention (though you could have guessed) the disk i made doesn't load up...
i need it to be for either a CD or a DVD because the laptop has no floppy drive and doesn't support USB booting...

you might be able to find what you need online by googling.
does your vista computer have a floppy drive so you could write to the floppy? i have an old laptop with WinXP and a floppy drive, so I could create a boot floppy, then zip the files (including hidden/system) and email to you.
