need information on cancer for a book i'm writing.?

I'm writing a book and in the book one of the characters, Susan, is diagnosed with breast cancer. She is given chemotherapy,
could anyone who knows a lot about chemotherapy, or has had chemotherapy themself please give me lots of information about it.
I need to know the following:

1) did it hurt? if so , describe the pain
2) how was it administered?
3) did your hair fall out? gradually or quickly?
4) how many treatments did you have before it was cured?
5) what did it feel like to have chemotherapy?

I need to really understand what it was like to get my character's portrayal as accurate as possible.
