need info about a samsung phone?

I've been looking at phones and saw the samsung impression. I really want it but some people have said it won't send or receive texts after a while or it will freeze..

most of my phones have been samsung and i've had a problem with one phone that would go out of service where other at&t phones had service..

your opinions?
