Need ideas for a Male/Female couple for history day!?

The restraints are that they have too be from the 20th century, me and my friend want too go as something together, but can't think of anything. It doesn't have too be strictly too the restraints, but those ideas are best, any help?
But at this point silly ideas are also acccepted, the sillier the better!

First of all, you mean "constraints" not "restraints."

Famous couples:
John Lennon and Yoko Ono
Marilyn Monroe and Elvis Presley
I Love Lucy and Ricky Ricardo
Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt
Bonnie and Clyde
Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers
Lillian Hellman and Dashiell Hammett (playwright and mystery aurhor)


If it doesn't have to be specific people from history, then dress as a couple from a historical era:
Edwardian couple, guy in coat with tails and monocle, girl in long skirts with bustle
Flapper and guy in a raccoon coat
greaser and either a greaser girl or a '50s girl with bobby socks and a poodle skirt
hippie couple (flared blue jeans, psychedelic t-shirt, love beads, deerskin jacket with long fringe, wire-framed sunglasses, the same for her or a granny gown with knee-high boots, long hair
 
Bonnie and Clyde would be the most recognizable pair and prob the easiest with Halloween coming up!



You can do some political couples too like the Regan's, Clinton's, Kennedy's. (Jackie-O would be very fun to dress up as!) or Grace Kelly and Prince Rainier III.

Or even some more famous couples in entertainment, Sonny and Cher, Yoko Ono and John Lennon, or Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz.

You do whatever you want, I would say make it easier on yourself and do couples that match you ethnicity so you look more like them :D
