after full reset the iphone steel restarting this is water damades need solution here i check all no shorted baord is no shorting any have idea

1ress-hold the Home button (big circle below the screen) and the Sleep/Wake button (on top of the iPhone) simultaneously.

2:Continue holding both buttons (Ignore the "Slide to power off") until the iPhone shuts off and begins to restart.

3:You may let go when you see the silver Apple logo.

4:You have completed a hard reset successfully.

if the phone still restarts................i suggest that you wash he board again and check for rust and rubbish in the connectors but 99% board still got some water damage left

tray to reball your motherboard with hot air. certainly after washing your mother board with somme cleaning materials
think that ur phone is damged by wter this is the only soluttion your problem is hrad.
also u can flash it if the problem still exist after the first step.
