Need Helps With Car Audio Pleaaaaaaassse!!!!!?

I'm in the market for speakers for my car along with an amp and an amp install kit.

I need:
(2) 6.5 inch speakers
(2) 6x9 inch speakers
(1) 2-channel amp for the speakers
(1) amp install kit

I want to try to get all of this for no more than $200 dollars, preferably $120, but I want to give a little more wiggle room.

have fun trying to get those for that much..

why would you get a 2 chan amp for 4 speakers..
