Hey Guys ; Im a newbee
I had a two spinal ops about 8 years ago. Been having lots of lower back pain recently. Specialist states that I have "Discogenic disease". He now wants to do a spinal fusion. I have severe pain to the lower left part of my back. Sitting and standing after 15-20 minutes makes the pain worse. I can only sleep on my right side. I wake up in pain if I sleep on my left. Any of you experiencing the similar thing. What meRAB are you on?
