A friend of my father's has connections at a hotel that I'm trying to get a job at. He has offered to help me and I am supposed to email this guy my resume and with a personal thank you letter. Unfortunately, writing is not my strong suit. Can anyone help me write a letter that sounds professional and that also shows my gratitude for all his efforts?
