Need help with Yamaha DD-65?

I have no experience in playing drums, but when I saw the DD-65 I thought I would like to start out on it, but I was wondering if the stand and the pedals comes with it, cuz I saw videos on youtube of people playing with two pedals, one for the bass and one for the hi hat, but does both pedals come with the dd 65 when first bought? and is there an option to switch the hi hat pedal into bass to have double pass?
