Need help with WAP on vx6450

Well, Im trying to get WAP to work on this verizon vx6450 phone. I Used QPST but the only options for configuration that are given is the username/password. I am also using LGDownload, with the 6450 dll file. But when I do the NV Edit, I dont get DATA options.

I have gone into the service menu on the phone, and setup the wap proxy/port/password, but when I try and access the web:

Error: Network Down.

I do have the data option on my plan, according to the website. Anyone with any advice, I would greatly appreciate it. I have been beating my head on this topic for several weeks now.

Yeah, I tried the 9800 dll, and it did present me with the data and brew options. When I try and read the settings off the phone, everything is blank. So I filled everything out according to the forum, and programed the phone. No go... Same error
 
I just tried the VX5200 dll, and was able to get farther. Now when I start the WEB, I get the error:

For wireless internet services, please dial *611.

But I know it is a part of my account. Is this an authentication problem?

Also I made a mistake... The phone is a LG VX4650.. Not whatever I put in the subject....

I finally have WAP working on the VX4650.

1) Use LG Download and the vx5200 dll to do an NV EDIT.

2) Follow the post here but dont worry about the BREW settings.

3) Use BITPIM and hex edit the file paramtable.fil and change everywhere it says homepage to www.google.com

4) Overwrite the file, and reboot the phone. Done
