i need info bout massachusttes(sp??)
1. what type of people settled in this colony?
2. Climate and geography of this colony
3. Economy—how they made their money
4. Religion
if you could give me some answers on this topic i would love you forever!!!

Mass. was where the pilgrims landed in 1620, so it was a puritain religious colony. You can find the rest in your history book or by googling Massachusetts Bay Colony.
 
1. The Pilgrims had to be industrious and creative. They had to figure out how to build shelters, obtain food, and make clothing. There were no stores, homes, or farms when they arrived.

2. The climate would have been the same then as today. It gets into the low 20s at night during the winter, and it's a biting cold because of the humidity. It gets into the upper 80s during the day in the summer. The Pilgrims would have to be able to built shelter and clothing for this type of climate. It is also very humid, because the air blowing over the ocean picks up a lot of humidity.

3, The colony was self sustaining. They grew their own food and built their own houses. There was a little trade with the native Americans. They sold the native Americans metal pots and tools and the native Americans sold them food.

4. The Pilgrims were Calvinist and Baptist.
