need help with toyota 4runner!?!?

yesterday, the side of my car hit the side of the garage while i was pulling out, and the plastic siding over the top my wheel came off. this plastic part was on the actual body of the car but above the wheel (sorry it is kind of hard to explain). i was wondering if there was a part of could order or if i could take it to a place and they can reattach it? but on the part, the plastic things holding it to the body of the car came off and the screws are messed up. if there i anything i could do please let me know! and how much it costs too
