Need help with this old Nickelodeon cartoon?

Used to watch Nickelodeon in the 90's and there was a short cartoon that came on during the ad breaks, it featured a dragon that used to run around chasing a little.....thing/animal type thing, and when the dragon breathed fire it made the sound "bella bella hooch". Can anyone name it or at least remember it, no one I speak to seems to know it.
 
All i used to watch was nickelodeon in the 90s but dont remeber that. Must be an american thing. Loved doug, roccos modern life, real monstors and pete and pete. I really miss them.lol
