So I have a 75 gallon community african cichlid hexagonal tank and a 20 gallon tank that I am currently not using. I need a clean, smart, small fish. Afterwords, I would like to add them to my african tank. It doesnt have the most aggresive africans. Just: Sunshine peacocks, Dragon blood peacocks, and Electric Yellow labs. O yea and two albino bristlenose plecos. Thanks for your help!
Wouldn't oscars be to big though?
How about Neolamprologus?

Not only are Oscars too big but they are entirely incompatible with African Cichlids! Silly recommendation.

I would recommend signing up to this forum:

I would also recommend clueing yourself up on the latin names of your Cichlids, much better for IDing them than common names! Is your Sunshine Aulonocara stuartgranti "Maleri"? And I imagine your Dragonblood is also Aulonocara but an unknown species, possible hybrid. The Yellow Lab is Labidochromis caeruleus.

Picking other cichlids for that set up needs to be done VERY carefully as many other Mbunas will just be plain too aggressive for these more peaceful fish! Have you consider alternatives like Syno catfish or Lake Tanganyikan Rainbowfish?
