need help with this extremely hard riddle?

it must by 60mph since that is what the train is traveling and if they both finish at the same time they must both be going the same speed
 
Bob is running on a railroad bridge and is 3/8ths of the way and hears a train comming at 60 mph. If bob runs back towards the train, they both will meet at the same time at the beggining of the bridge. if bob runs with the train to the end of the bridge, they will both finish at the same time. at how many mph is bob running. 10 points
