the game is fallout 3 for the xbox 360 OK heres the problem- every time i shoot any of the targets for this quest their head explodes instantly i've tryed shooting and reloading at least 6 times with each character but they only die and if i kill them all i fail the quest any ideas? (probably irrelevant my character is level 29)
