need help with streaming videos on tmobile 4.5 os

keep getting "error while attempting to play media" while i try to stream youtube and moodio it only happens on my non hotspot router but when i try my parents hotspot router tmobile version it works. is there any way to stream youtube on non hotspot at home branded routers?

do you have your TCP settings right? it should be wap.voicestream.com

i tried going to advance options and settings to change the tcp and entered wap.voicestream.com and left the two other feilds blank but it still wont stream

Where it says APN put wap.voicestream.com
Leave Username and Password EMPTY.

I'm able to stream fine on edge just wifi it won't work on but I was told that I need a branded hotspot at home tmobile router in order to view over wifi on tmobile customer care bb dept

Not sure cuz i do have a tmo router but i have also streamed from other routers as well
