Need help with siemens sl56

I have a siemens sl56 from att wireless that i'm trying to unlock. I've tried the following methods without success:

-joker siemens e-gold 0.3.5.6 with cruiser cable
-freia 1.8 with cruiser cable
-ufs-3 box with directcom and joker 0.3.5.6
-ufs-3 box with directcom and freia 1.8

Each time the unlocking program searches for the phone but doesn't find it. I've tried removing the metal shield under the battery and touching the testpoint pictured in joker to ground, but this does not seem to correct the phone detection issue.

Can anyone help me unlock this phone?
 
Hi,
for unlocking E-Gold series, you need to cut track, not to touch to ground T9 testpoint...
Open Joker, click on TP and see on the picture...
