Need help with repeat transmission problem (Chrysler Town and Country)?

I had a front transmission seal replaced by a novice, the repair worked fine for a day and then started leaking again.
Later I went to a more qualified mechanic who did a thorough inspection of the transmission and replaced more than the seal, but after a day it started to leak again.
I wonder if there's some underlying problem?
My front tires are slightly different size (205/75/15 vs. 205/70/15) , could this cause some sort of problem in the transmission?
The vehicle is a 97 Town and Country, 3.8 AWD
Could it maybe have a clogged trans cooler? Maybe it just gets too hot?
Also, isn't there some sensor that regulates the pressure in the transmission or something?
