Need help with programing key fob for 2005 Dodge Dakota?

I have a 2005 Dodge Dakota. I got only one fob when I bought the truck. Now, it does not work. It does not have a transponder in it. I ordered a new one from keylessride.com but it does not come with instructions on programing it.
