Need help with Nokia N73

Guys i have a hardware issue on my n73.The pin in the charger socket has gone loose and its dangling so its extremely hard to connect the charger to it!Is there any website or way i can get that charger socket replaced!I believe all the new Nokias have the same charger port and its universal !I cant seem to find that part online!Any kind of help would do i love my fone!!Thanks!

Not 100% certain but I think that the charger port comes with the OEM replacement housings on cnn.cn.

I cant see it as a part of the housing!its a small lil port i dont know y no one carries it!

It looks like the charging port connector is contained in a separate 'box' that snaps into the housing. Or, like someone mentioned, it may be part of the housing. Hard to tell. This 'box' has tabs that match up with pads on the circuit board that holds the POP port connector. Someone who has done the back housing swap should know.

Check the images midway down this page to see. Probably want to archive this page in case it goes away (I did!).

Looks like the same charging "module" that Nokia has used in several models. Email the guys at cnn.cn and ask them if they carry it. I'm sure they have something that will work.

Ok i emailed cnn and he replied saying he has it and he will add it to the site 2morrow!so thats good news!thanx for ur help guys hope he adds it so i can fix the port!
