wenever i turn on my phone it just says PUK blocked. Contact Provider

this is not the first time its happened i have the puk code

need help plzzzz

get the simcard replaced.... PUK # is not associated with your cellphone itself, it's associated with your simcard
 
just call whoever your provider is, they can give it to you. AT&T even had an option on their website where you can get the PUK for yourself. Don't put it in wrong too many times though or the sim will permanently lock and you'll have to get a new one.
