need help with my T637

i just got a new phone cover for my T637 but i can't figure out how to get the top part of the back off! I took out the two screws at the bottom behind the battery, but i can't seem to get the top off. I am assuming that you need to take that part off to switch the front of the phone. I looked on Sony's website and they won't give out any instructions (which i thought was crap). Is there anyone who can help me? I really love my little phone and don't want to break it!

just stay away from the camera area, i cracked my camera's lens trying to prop the cover open with my T6 near the cam..
