need help with my diet and exercise?

ok so i have been dieting for the last month and of course have my cheat day on the weekend and i have lost 7 lbs so far i started with a body cleanser and now i just deit but i have a question i know losing weigh is as burn more calories than you eat well i weigh 141 right now im 19 5'5 and want to lose about 10 lbs and really lose some belly fat and tone up my body so i do my stationary bike every other day for 30 mins and the other days i go for 2 mile walks up hill and down hill so i eat about 1200 calories a day if that im pretty sure its less about 1000 in that range and i knwo your body burns calories through out the day so do i need to exercise and burn 1200 calories a day or is my exercise plan enough?also i almost look pregnant so i want to have a flat belly what else can i do to help that?i feel like maybe my stomach muscles arent strong enough to hold my fat it or something haha please help im really motivated to do this its been a month and i know it can take up to a year
