A few months back I think my brother backwards jumped my truck. After we got the truck started I tried to accelerate and it would not rev above 2 rpms and the highest speed I can get is about 10 mph. I asked a question and somebody said it may be the 100 amp fuse because there were also some other electrical problems, I changed the fuse and it fixed the electrical problems but not the acceleration problem. I ended up taking it to the dealership and they said that it's my throttle body and wanted 1,000 bux to fix it. Recent I bought a new throttle body online and changed it with the other one and went to go try and still the same thing. I emailed the guy back telling him I wanted to exchange it or get my money back, he said that I most likely need to reset the ECU or reprogram it. Do you think that would work? I'm pretty sure I need to take it to the dealership to do that right?

If you think it might be anything else please say so. Also one other thing, my radio is still not working but all other electrical devices are working again, could there still be blown fuses?
