Need help with my 2000 ford taurus?

it keeps jumping really bad... it also acts like it wants to idle but it wont! I just changed spark plugs and it still is doing it... Now the check engine light is on and it acts like it wants to stall on me but it hasnt! I just got the vac hose glued cuz it was starting to expand!!! PLEASE HELP!!!
 
My first guess would have been a cylinder misfire, but since you got new spark plugs it probably isn't that.

So i'd say take it to an Autozone or something and have them run the codes, and see what they'd say.
