Go to the Resistance map and go inside and go to the far end of the room and crouch behind the couch, you will be very hard to kill. If they chuck grenades either run into the kitchen or just throw back and if your getting shot heaps then prone. Also every round buy a predator missile so you can take down helicopters without leaving the house (except for in between waves) and it should be really easy.
