I got the new bold a few days ago and then i instaled the blackberry update cd that was in the box. When i plugged my phone into it it was synking for more then half an hour!! Now i just tried to listen to music or a video and a red box keeps showing up on the top cannot play media file or something like that!!! I totally sucks because i need to be able to listen to music or watch something on youtube?? I NEED halp!!!!
