Hi. I am 16, 6ft, and weigh around 240 pounds. I need and want to lose weight, but I don't want to be skinny. I'd like to not only lose weight and fat, but build muscles. I wouldn't want to have lean muscles, like Brad Pitt, but fairly big ones like these:

I know that it will take years to get like that, but to start, I need help. Should I lose all fat first, by doing cardio, and then start building muscle by lifting weights? Or is there anyway where I can do a combination of lifting weight and doing cardio, and replace fat with muscle? Doing all cardio for like a year sounds boring to me.
Can anybody please help?
