Need help with leasing a Lexus GX470?

Right now my mom is in a lease with lexus for a RX350 and they say that she can switch to a different model because her lease is almost up(Lexus starts doing that 1 year before so they can make sure that you stay with Lexus) Well anyway my mom`s dream car is a GX470 which is just a little bit more expensive than the RX350 and I was wondering how to get the best deal on a 2008 GX470 because the 2009 models are about to come out and Lexus will want to get rid of them. I think my mom pays like $530 or something for her RX350 and she wants a 3 year lease with 12,000 miles per year but she doesn`t want to put money down or taxes how could she get the about the same payment for a 2008 GX470?
 
tell the lexus dealer and let them work it out - but know your limitations before you go in and talk - they will be good talkers - be careful -
