Need help with getting a cell phone or device to get internet & emails

Ok so I'm researching the different pda phones out there. I want a pda phone and I want to go online and get my e-mails.

What's the best phone out there for going on the web and answering e-mails? The ones I have checked out from Sprint and Verizon have such small screens I don't know how anyone can go online on them???

So far I have checked out
Blackberry (didn't like)
Treo
PPC-6700

The 6700 you can turn to landscape but it's still hard to go online.

Edited to add: Someone metioned a Dell axim. I'm wondering how that is and the cost of going online with it through a cell phone??
 
You said you didnt like the blackberry but the 7130e is not too big and does great emails in real time my brother in law has it and its pretty good getting online and email and such.
 
Hard to go online? That thing picks up wifi spots real easily. Plus Sprint has EVDO on top of that.
The screen is pretty big too.

I was playing with my friend's 6700 and his email just popped open out of the blue.
