Need help with flashed lg vx9900

Hi all, I recently used the vx9900 flashing to cricket tutorial. And I went to the cricket store to activate the ESN on their network, and get my phone setup, so when I finished the tutorial, I could have service. But I tried loading several PRLs and nothing would work. The prl from the tutorial was still on the verizon network for me. I found that 80% of the prls I loaded worked on the cricket network on my phone. I followed the tutorial 100% to the T. At the store, I gave the guy my ESN for my phone that I got off of Bitpim, and its an 8 digit ESN, and he says that he neeRAB an 11 digit ESN. So I pay $5 for a conversion of the phone, and $15 for the activating of it. I ask for the MIN and MDN. After I'm done at the store, I enter the MDN and MIN in the service menu. And I try to make a call, and I get the message "We're sorry, your phone has not authorized for use at this time, for assistance, please call customer service at 611 from your phone. Message: 36SLC" So I tried loading every PRL I could find, and i got the same thing over and over. OTASP doesn't work with any of the PRLS I tried. I tried using 0 as the SID, 5027 as the SID, and 4937 as the SID (the codes for around my area; which is Draper, Utah) I checked out the OTASP troubleshooting thread to no success. Can anyone help out?

I forgot to add that he gave me a hex code, and an meid for the phone. I've got the MIN and MDN also.
 
Ok so he activated your phone right? And you gave him an ESN nuraber right?

Did you give him the MEID decimal instead of the 11 digit Decimal nuraber? If you gave him the Psuedo ESN then that's where your problem is, if you gave him the MEID Dec then it should be working.

Yeah he activated my phone. I opened up the service programming menu for him, and whatever the MEID is in there he used to "convert" it and I had to pay $5 for that. I'm not sure what's wrong with this phone though. Do I need to go back into the store to have them fix it? Or is it something I can do without having to go into the store or call customer service (every time I call customer service I get someone with a heavy accent that I cant understand.) But i'll call customer service if I have to.
 
$5 to convert a MEID to ESN? You should check around here with one of the people on here next time you need an ESN swapped.

Really though, that error has always meant one of two things for me. Either you don't have the correct MDN/MIN entered (you may want to verify those), or the wrong ESN is in the database. You can call and check on both of those things.

I could be wrong, but I really doubt it's a PRL issue.
