Ok, the website is confusing me, and I just joined 2 days ago, so please bear with me.
Tonight, I'm going to be able to post my first Fanfic on the site. All I know is that I have to upload a document, then I can publish that. I have a few questions though:
1) My story is in a word document. Is that the kind of document they're asking for, or will I have to convert it to something else?
2) Also, with the stories I've read on the site, they have little author notes at the top, and then at the bottom they say stuff like thanks for reading, etc. Do I have to add these to my document, or if not, when do I add them? They also have faint grey lines between the author note and the story, and sometimes even in the story. How do I get those?
3) Do I have to do all the bold, italic, etc before I upload the document? Or can I do it later? And also all the titles and stuff?
4) With the summary that is shown Before u open the thing, does that have to be in a document or do i type it later?
5) Also I'm going to have chapters later on. I don;t know how to do them at all.
