Need help with Cricket game on lg enV

Hi, I've got a silver lg enV that's been flashed completely to cricket. I got the cricket clicks menu to work. I downloaded a few demo games, and they all worked on my enV. I went to the cricket store to put $5 in my flex bucket account, and then bought Might and Magic from cricket clicks. It runs, and the sound works, but the graphics are all messed up! I can see half the game on half the screen, and random graphics on the other, but it's all messed up like when an old console game crashes! Anyone have any ideas on getting it to work? Would a firmware upgrade/downgrade work? If not, do you think cricket would give me a refund?
 
ummm if you keep that up no one will help you, and most of those games that are on Cricket are not ment to run on non cricket phones ie the LG phone's etc. so THERE might not be anyway to fix it.
 
Right, I am well aware that the games are meant for cricket phones. I downloaded several demos that worked fully. And I've seen several screenshots of cricket games working on the enV. I was wondering if anyone else had bought the same game and got it to work. Anything is possible. You just have to work on it. Anything is possible. You really need to work on not assuming everyone's stupid. I mean really, the average joe wouldn't know where to go for forum help. Let alone know what a forum is. And to even get to the menu to download games from cricket on the enV takes some tech savy. Am I right? o.0
